Founder Partner Bina Indelicato has over 20 years of experience facilitating sustainable change. As a Professional Engineer and a LEED Accredited Professional, Bina has helped diverse organizations—from major corporate campuses to small local businesses—successfully navigate their sustainable evolution. Along the way, her clients have earned green certifications like LEED (EB O+M and BC+D) and EnergyStar, reduced their environmental impacts and educated their employees and stakeholders. Bina earned her Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Environmental Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Co-Founder and President Brian Cerra, LEED-AP, has 10 years of environmental consulting and project management experience. He has developed specialized data collection and management tools to help clients accurately define their impact, target improvements, and measure ongoing performance; the key to maintaining third-party certifications. Brian earned his Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and a Masters Degree in Sustainability and Environmental Management from Harvard University.
